Moonlight walk- Gunpit Ridge, Redbank plains

Meeting at Paperbark Picnic area at the end of School Rd Redbank Plains for a light supper before leaving around 6pm for Gunpit ridge.
This is a 9.5 km hike that follows an easy fire trail for 2.5 km before reaching an incline to the ridge line, where we will follow a footpad to the top of Gunpit ridge. We will have a short stop to admire the views before descending the ridge line
via a footpad which meets up with the fire trail again, which will take us back to the Paperbark Flats picnic area. This should take approximately 3 hours. Bring a torch and poles if needed
