This will be a relaxing day exploring the Bay Islands in Moreton Bay.We will commence the trip from the Redland Bay Marina. We'll have a short stop on Karragarra Island for morning tea. Next, we'll explore Lamb Island on foot. This will be an easy walk of about 5 kms where we can learn a little of the history of the island and discover some secluded getaways and hidden beaches. There is an opportunity for a quick dip in the swimming enclosure on Lamb Island, so bring your togs if you are inclined. Then it's back on the ferry to MacLeay Island where a courtesy bus will drive us to the MacLeay Island Bowls Club for lunch. We will return to the starting point via Russell Island. You will need to bring your Translink Go Card, some morning tea and money for lunch.
