A 14k walk rock hopping down Mt Barney Creek requiring a car shuttle.
A walk from Cleared Ridge to the Upper Portals, down Mt Barney Creek to the Lower Portals and exiting at the Lower Portals car park.
Mt Barney Creek has several waterholes and cascades which are suitable for swimming, so expect a long day.
The creek can be slippery after rain.
Russell will be doing the car scuffle.
