This fantastic urban bushwalk connects two of Brisbane's best-loved nature reserves. Starting in Toohey Forest, the trail takes you through classic eucalypt woodland before linking up with the tracks in Mount Gravatt Outlook Reserve. The walk culminates in a climb to the summit of Mount Gravatt, where you'll be rewarded with amazing panoramic views of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, and the distant mountain ranges. It's a great way to experience a significant green corridor in the city, with a mix of gentle paths and more strenuous climbs. Perhaps a cuppa at the cafe at the top of Mt Gravatt and a rest before setting back to the cars. This walk is suitable for beginners. Don't forget to bring water, hats and sunscreen, and comfortable footwear. Carpooling from the meeting point of cnr Nicholas St and South St Opp the Ipswich Civic Centre. Carpooling Costs are subject to changes due to current fuel costs.
